sorry dont have any photos will try to post some tomorrow. However my question is very basic does the counter tops need to match or not in 2 adjacent areas that serve similar purpose.

Can a wood top be put on it to match the cabinets....if removing the sink not necessary to have granite at all...it can just look like a cabinet top....Like a buffet.

oh that may be a good idea is that cheap this is large surface 76/24. We had a custom stain done on cabinet can get it done but cost is a big issue

I think it would be cheaper than granite and in my opinion would look much better...6’x2’ of wood is no big expense....I can’t imagine it would be very much..worth checking into.

thanks will look into that great idea. is this a regular plywood kind that I can get from Home Depot or a butcher block
