Do you have the lock the door every time you go in and out? I've ordered a modern door and planned on having tubular handles mounted vertically to the surface and ordered it with one bore, similar to the door below, and now I'm freaking out. If I walk out to get the mail, do i have to lock it every time I use it? I do have a August phone activated smart lock, but still. Any advice would be very helpful. I've looked at these doors all over the internet and never thought of this simple, but potentially problematic issue. To make it worse, I have 20 month old twin boys and definitely concerned about their safety.
