Gorgeous, 5ft Euphorbia Ammak needs help!

Hello - I just noticed my gorgeous Euphorbia Ammak has a brown/black root and streaks of brown across it :( It has been next to a water heater and southern facing window receiving direct sun-light for the past 2 months. What is the problem and how can I fix it?? Please help - thank you!

Im guessing humdiity issues? Seem to fungal spots. Sorry for not being of much help.

Looks bad. Maybe too much water and not enough light. I've never seen one develop brown and that does look fungal. Keep on the dry side for now.

If it dies..Try the next one in a better pot..those type drain very bad. I have one..and all they have is one small hole at the bottom side right?..because they have an attached saucer.

btw- If you remove it? And see dead smelly roots? Repot it in pure perlite to recover. In a nursery type pot.
