It is one of my favorite tomatoes and I grow it every year!!

It's a little sweeter than CP and BK and very juicy. Not the best for processing because of that. The fruit is beefsteak shaped and some can get quite large. However, the size of the fruit reduces as the season progresses though they still retain their great flavor.

Chocolate Stripes will continue to produce until frost/freeze kills it. But like I said, the fruit will get smaller. For me, CP usually has a fairly large harvest for the beginning and middle of the season and then kind of peters out towards September. Chocolate Stripe continues to produce.

Haven't grown BK in a few years but it is back in the garden again this year. IIRC, it was not as productive as CP.

One of my favorites too. There seems to be more than one "variety" of this as I have grown it a few times and sometimes it looks and acts different than a previous year.
