Hello All! I'm looking for some advice/input on my lighting layout for my main floor. I have 9.5' ceilings and I was hoping to use primary 5" pot lights (type is attached). The only other lighting I was going to have was a chandelier over my table, a couple pendants over the bar and one over the sink and then some under cabinet lighting (not shown). Everything else was going to be a 5" recessed light. I was told that over the counter lighting is preferable than in front of the counter lighting because it minimizes shadows. The room is completely open concept with a large exposed timber running down the centre. I am working around plumbing and venting issues, hence the fridge being a little out of the way... :) Thanks in advance friends!
