Yeah, I call the number (several attempts) and when I finally got someone on the phone, she was less than helpful and the only answer I got was "we don't offer swatches". The person wasn't helpful but that the fact that you don't offer swatches is a poor customer services all together as pics of a couch don't always accurately shows "the real couch" being sold. I tried buying a couch before on line and, when I received it, it wasn't at all and the pic showed in regards to the fabric. This couch looks good and the reviews are good but I trust my eyes only and am reluctant in buying a 2,000ish couch without seeing what's made of.

Online services are starting to get a bad rep on my book as they made it easy to buy but not easy to choose.

Well, unfortunately for you the response above is "too little to late". I ended up purchasing the same sofa from a local vendor who had a better and more timely customer service.
