Is this codling moth damage?

I’m seeing some specks on my dime-sized apple fruits, mostly on the largest ones closest to the main trunk of my Golden Delicious tree. Most are raised and tan/brown, and some are slightl sunken. This is my first year taking care of our fruit trees from the beginning of the season, so I’m wondering if the codling moths are out already, and if I should remove these fruits. I have applied dormant oil before bud break, triazicide/immunox after petal fall, and Spinosad more recently.

This tree has had severe codling moth damage in the past, which was already established when we moved in 4 years ago. I plan on bagging a bunch of fruit in order to be certain of saving some, but I’d like to know about these marks so I can gain some knowledge.
