Hi,

I need help with my kitchen backsplash. Its a transitional to contemporary style home currently under construction. The cabinets will be omega white uppers and smokey grey lowers. CS London Grey countertop. Here are two backsplash choices I have so far.

I am also open to other suggestions. I initially considered glass sheet, but those are not going to work well behind my cooktop. I also do not like subway tiles. Prefer minimal grout lines. The tile in the second pic- the tile would go all the way from the countertop to the bottom of the uppers- so I won't have any horizontal grout lines. I don't like the backsplash looking too busy. Do you guys have any suggestions for me? I am finding this super hard and I think my brain is fried after all the decisions making thus far!
