This helps a little but why was this instructional step along with the requisite hardware omitted from the package? My instructions only go up to step 15 and the hardware included in this step (16) is not included. This leaves people wondering what the hooks are even for and creating their solution.

Hardware for wall omitted because it depend which wall you have (for different wall you need different hardware)

Does the mount hardware come with product? If not, will you provide them??

Hiba Syed, we don't provide the customers with the hardware for this tv stand, because of different types of the walls. (Dry wall, brick etc) It needs to be choosen according to the thikness of the wall.

But you can buy it in any store where the hardware is sold (like Home Depot etc). Here are 2 links with the necessary hardware. You can just bring the instruction to the store so that the associates could suggest the better size according to the wall you have.
