Advice on flooring for downstairs main area and our master bedroom. Had lighter floors prior to flooding but can't find ones I like. Open to suggestions however I'm thinking greyish won't work and not looking to spend more then $2/3 per square ft. Mostly lighter browns paint on walls don't want to redo as I like that. Thank you
