Hello! The best people to ask would be the design-and-build firm who did this project, Haven Design and Construction. You can find them above under “Find Professionals”, they’d be happy to help! :)

This is one of my favorite kitchens. Beautiful! My question is about the backsplash. Is the marble backsplash behind the stovetop honed or polished?

Thanks! It’s a lightly polished finish, but not super shiny. The surrounding subway backsplash is honed. I hope this helps!

Does anyone know if this is a marble table? Or only a countertop? I need a marble table like this. Thanks.

The barstools are the Malin counter stool by Everly Quinn. We reupholstered the seats. Best of luck with your project!

Thank you so much! Would it be too much for me to ask what material you used to reupholster?

It was a cream colored vinyl by Kravet, but I do not have the item number or exact information.

    hi Haven,

Could you please give me the details of the backsplash you used here? We are trying to use the Calcutta Gold from Silestone in our countertop and I feel this backsplash will be perfect for us.

Hi, the field backsplash is 3” x 6” honed Carrara marble. The decorative panel over the range is by New Ravenna Tile and matches the Carrara marble well. I definitely recommend matching up the backsplash and the countertop together in person, as Carrara has a cool undertone and Calacatta is typically more of a warm tone with the occasional golden vein running through it. Best of luck with your project!

You’re welcome! The flooring is wide plank white oak in random lengths. Custom mixed stain.

Oh wow, that sounds fancy. I have never thought of staining the floor - Is that more expensive than just buying prestained oak floors :) Great job with this kitchen..
