I've seen this on some of mine when they're over-saturated with rain. Goes away when it dries off.

Werner’s HVX discovery gave me virus on the brain lol. I spent a bit of time reading up on it. Now every plant looks suspect! Ok not every one. Most look really good but it has heightened my awareness.

I would keep a very close eye (and a very strict quarantine protocol) on it. Four years is not an unusual elapsed time for S&S to show symptoms.

Thanks DTeager. I had been considering moving this hosta as it needs a larger space but I think I will hold off on even touching it for right now. I will definitely keep an eye on it and see how it goes. It is especially the green mottling that concerns me. I have been zooming in on tons of photos of S&S looking for similar spotting.
