Can items be returned?

I'm torn between two tiles and unfortunately it looks like I can't get a sample. If I choose the other Tile, can this pkg be returned?

yes, you can return a sample. the sample would have to be received in perfect condition in order to get a credit. Also, keep in mind that you'll get credit on the sample but not on the UPS shipping. let me know what samples you want at thanks
