With the red tints to the stem, you may be able to narrow the possibilities of which cultivar. For instance, it is unlikely to be Limelight. Hydrangea paniculata are one of my favorite plants for their unfussy care and long bloom season (3-4 months). Some cultivars can get quite large, so plan for that in figuring out where to resite them. They start blooming white, and they age to pink.
