Hi! My husband and I are converting a downstairs bedroom into a mudroom/laundry room. We are making this new mudroom the main entrance to our home from the back and this room eventually leads into our kitchen (which is tiled). For budgetary purposes I want to keep my existing hardwood floors but will I regret it? We dislike our kitchen tile floor but now is not the time to take that project on. Thanks for any advice!
