Aaaahhh, those beautiful colours! Was the buddy originally a little sister/part of your DW or a separate plant? It is an attractive plant at any time but these spring colours are fabulous.

It was a separate, smaller plant.

It looks great! It is a very pretty hosta. Claudia, that one in the sun looks amazing. Mine is in dappled sun, like your second one, and looks like your second picture. I still like it, but wow, what a difference. Of course, it doesn't help that I accidentally stepped on mine when it was coming up this spring!

Carefully tiptoeing into the garden making sure spate is on the right spot and than before I even start I hear the noise which tells me I smushed the plant behind me with my foot
