Cool, to much yellow in the other. Clashes with your stainless.

Warm white, the blue looks creepy, like night vision goggles

I like warm. Not overly bright.

I prefer the warm. I don't think the blue cast is appropriate to your kitchen style.

Thanks very much for their advises,So warm will be highly recommended, thanks!

I think the warm side is dreary looking. I so much prefer the cooler brighter light.

warm because you would want your kitchen to feel warm and inviting.

Its all preference ... there is not a wrong answer, they both look fine :)

There's 3 different colours in this picture, cool and warm, of course...then there's the range light. It's a different colour itself. Putting warm LED on either side will do a better job or drowning out the difference in that one particular light.
I'd like to mention the lady who said cool looks like night vision is wrong, that's amplified green -_-
At my old house, we had under-cabinet lights and frankly, we rarely used them -- only at night time or for an early EARLY breakfast. Given how I personally would be using the light, I'd just use cool because it's a less intense-feeling light when the rest of the room is dark.

Warm is pretty. Just curious as to the color of your cabinets and countertop? Looks really nice!

Cool color led ~ will give you contrasting colors to the cabinets, and show off the detail in the backsplash (i assume blue or black small tiles) and wall tile. that will tie in countertops and stainless steel. It will also look less monochromatic than the warm Led.

The warm looks more natural to me.

Cool, then paint the cabinets white!

    Warm!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though most of us have chosen warm,I think this is by feeling. However who supports cool gives their own opinions and explain why. This is worth learning!Anyway, thank you all for your ideas, happy weekend in advance!!!

With the beautiful color of the cabinets, I'd go warm. If the cabinets were white, the brighter light might fit better.

Say for instance, if your cabinets were white, black, or dark blue, I'd use the cool. The warm goes much better with the colors of your back splash and cabinets.--and possible contemporary or country style?

I think that "the warm" LED is better. The other looks like lighting used in hospitals and such...

Although this is only a picture and pictures sometimes mislead.

Warm. Always warm, although I agree with parisgirl about what color scheme you have going on.
I think the xenon are neutral but the warm would work okay

@Andresy Ltd-- I've been doing this for years! Especially after I redo something or add something in/to a room. Even now, I turn on my quiet wisteria Tiffany (style) lamp, in my kitchen, and I sit there for inspirations myself this way! It really works!

Warm is much better. Also keep in mind that our eyes maintain night vision better when exposed to more of the red spectrum vs. the blue spectrum. So if you're in the kitchen during a TV show break, or late at night for a midnight snack, the warm color will be more pleasant. The blue color temp looks more industrial.

Could we see a picture of your sink area?

Cool looks clean but sterile. Warm looks cozy but not modern. Can't decide but those are my thoughts

I like the cool as someone said above the other has to much yellow. The white is def. better. Cleaner looking. Easier to work with.
