How Would You Handle These Pantry Shelving Issues

I am disabled and cannot bend. I have three cabinets. Each has wood shelves and are basically unusable to me.

Pantry #1: This unit is actually comprised of two cabinets, one on top of the other.. Bottom cabin #1 is 60 inches tall, and top cabinet #1 is 32 inches tall. Each shelf its 22,75 inches deep and 25.5 inches wide. Other than the middle two shelves, I cannot anything stored on the other shelves.

Pantry. #2: This is above stove. Again width is 22 inches, depth is 23 inches deep. Height is 18 inches.

Panty. #3 is above the cooktop. The width is 45 inches with no center support. Height of cabinet is 18 inches. Floor to bottom of cabinet is 61 inches.

As presently installed, I cannot use these shelves, What would you do to make them useful to me.

Thanks.

LJK
