I am trying to decide how I want to do drapes on these windows. I really like the grommet look, but I'm concerned I don't have enough room between the top of my woodwork and the crown moulding. How far beyond the woodwork should heavy drapes be hung? oh, and any help about what the heck to do with that 5 foot high chair rail would be great too...
