Decorating Condo

I am looking for a vinyl floor for about 2000 plus square feet, Part of the condo is dark and I want to lighten it up I love the white wash vinyl but see there are several at various prices. What makes the price difference? How would it look with contemporary furniture? Tjanks

It will look great with contemporary furniture.
