what do I put on this wall?

I don’t have anything on this wall and it just seems plain to me...what would you put on it? My house is Spanish style.

What about some art right at the top of the stairs? If possible, maybe you could get two coordinating pieces (even photos) and hang them side by side with one centered as you walk up the stairs. I might be tempted by black and white pictures or maybe something that fits the architecture of the home. Really pretty stairs.
