Help with two lawn issues

seem to have two minor issues going on and would love some opinions on them. First, is this red thread (First three pics)? If so, should I just treat with a fungicide? And second, I applied Scotts turfbuilder two weeks ago at the bag rate, are these stripes just a little fert burn? Thanks!

The first 3 pics are Red Thread!! & yes you can put down a fungicide and usually the causes for Red Thread is low N in the lawn so that might go away some when the N kicks in from the Turf Builder

The 2nd picture looks like your app of turf builders wasn't even. I'm willing to bet you have a broadcast spreader. If so, you turned too wide at the end of each row. What I try to do to avoid this is lay my header strips at bag rate and then make 2 passes perpindicular to each other at half bag rate.
