Hi all, my husband and I just purchased our first home. I am excited to get my hands on this 1950 brick cape cod. I love the classic and simple architecture of cape cods, but want to spruce up the curb appeal here. I'd like to tone down the trim to more of a pale beige/off white color, add trim around the windows and doors, remove the storm door, paint the front door a powder blue, and add flower boxes under the two front windows. We need to replace the roof as well - what color would you do? Eventually I may add a portico replace and the iron handrails with wood. And it's in serious need of some landscaping. Any other ideas? And suggestions on paint colors? Thank you in advance for your help!
