Mine is in a 7 gal pot and probably ready to up pot. I think its about 4 years old and doesn't seem to be that big of an issue or anything out of the ordinary as far as size or growth.

Mine grows big with about the biggest leaves of any of my plumeria plants. Definitely the opposite of a compact. Perhaps with occasional pruning it could be maintained in a 7-15 gallon pot. My India just started an inflo and I will post pics of the flowers in a month or so.

Michael, you could try Guadalupe Fernandez, a superior seedling of India, which grow smaller.

India flower developed in 90 degree heat, sooo worth the wait!

Thanks everybody for the input. I purchased a rooted Gloria de Los Angeles from Brad's. I guess this seedling of India has the color and fragrance of the parent, but doesn't grow as tall. Does anybody grow this one?

Gloria de Los Angeles rather than Guadalupe Fernandez...OK, LoL. Michael, would very much like to see pics of the Gloria de L.A. plant and flower when it blooms...then we'll know if India can beat L.A.
