My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am fairly certain I know what this is, but don't want to influence you.

Our condo association just replaced a 3-3.5" caliper damaged ginkgo biloba (car accident) with this common tree. argggghhhh!!! hefty insurance settlement and this is the best they could do?? I think I'll have to run for the board. we've lost several of these trees to full sun stress in this development over the years.
