Thank you to all that have helped!! All the knowledge in here helped me fix my lemon tree issues! The first picture is from about a year ago and the second is from today! Started from seed! THANK YOU ALL

Trimming will not nessessarily keep it from blooming. My citrus frequently bloom immediately after pruning (but as Denise said yours will take several years to bloom because it’s seed grown). But I caution you against pruning for a long while. Every time I pruned a young citrus tree, I ALWAYS regretted it. Give it a few years to create its own shape before you try to manipulate it into your desired goal. A tidbit from someone who is always eager to prune. I love pruning, but just don’t do it. Put the pruners down and walk away.

And another dumb question.... Do I need another citrus tree to make this one bloom??

No you don't need a pollinator. You have a tree started from a seed so you will be waiting at least 7 years for it to bloom. If you want lemons now, consider getting a grafted tree.

Ramye, I quit watering so much. Gave it a little food before winter, changed windows I had it in and then just kind of left it alone for the winter. Watered a little bit about every 10 days. It liked the west side of my house much better than the east. I just didn't give up on it!! Hehehe. Even though is "just" a tree from seed.
