Canvas Arrangements

My wife is having trouble arrange canvas she order of the family.

I need assistance with the arrangement of the portraits.

I added three pictures. One of the canvas portraits, the second of the wall which they will be placed and the last picture is the sizes of the portraits.

I appreciate any input or suggestions.

I'm assuming there will be portraits in the future, so a picture ledge for the images seems to make more sense so you can add more photos in the future and change things around without destroying your walls.

We'll that work if the portraits are going to be placed in the main entrance?

the ledge would work.

or here are some other ideas.

(these gallery walls can look messy really fast,,,so keep that in mind. you should use the same frames and try and get similar sized and colored pictures)

this wall has a lot of pics, but to keep it 'neat' they all have black frames and white mats.

same here,,,same size w/white and white

you can also buy one of these very large collage frames

These are ok,,,but I like more of a neater layout.

maybe put a bench or console table underneath:

The picture ledges are available at Ikea is several colors and lengths. Very inexpensive.

Have center of biggest portrait at 57 inches from the floor as the center of the picture configuration; this is your center piece....other pics should have 3 inches between pictures. Arrange your design from there on the floor first with paper templates and see what you think....I like what you are showing!

Also go thru YouTube videos on hanging family portraits....they have amazing things!
