I wouldn't worry about it. Other insects will be along to pollinate the strawberries. They know what to do. Bees rarely touch my avocado, favoring the orange tree next door however flies and other insects make sure I have plenty of avocados.

Do you have evidence the strawberries are not being pollinated?eg aborted or small hard fruit? Or is it just a concern because you're not actually seeing pollinators? To attract larger bees like honey and bumble you need open faced simple flowers. They have short tongues and can't access deep tubular flowers like your Mandevillas. Allysum is a good suggeststion, although personally I don't find the smell pleasant. And a pack of seeds or a few plants is vastly cheaper than those tropical species.

Always surprising to hear what folks find pleasant/unpleasant. You are the first person,Flora, I've known not to like the scent of alyssum. Out of curiosity, what do you think about the scent of lilies such as the Stargazer lilies? Again, most folks I know enjoy their scent. But a friend of my sister can't stand them. To her, the fragrance of such lilies is reminiscent of an outhouse/latrine.

I like the smell of lilies but I don't actually like the flowers of stargazers. I like my lilies to have trumpets or Turks caps. Not fond of upward faces.
