Gosh, I would say that the kitchen is only about a quarter of the entire space. You need at least 4’ of floor between the two sides of the kitchen to be able to open the dishwasher and squeeze by; 5’ is better. And then build out from there, I think. Dining area is another quarter of space, maybe a little smaller, like 1/5th if the space, and the rest is the family room area. Sofa is 7’ long and the settee is 30” deep... Good luck!
