Hello! My husband and I recently bought a house in coastal Rhode Island. There are grape vines on part of the property that don’t seem to have been maintained well. We love to garden/landscape, however we have NO experience with grapes! There is a vineyard down the road from us, so I know they can prosper in this environment. There is a mix of dead vines and new growth, both of which are very overgrown. (I also don’t have any idea how old the plants are). I would love any advice anyone has in regards to pruning at this time of year! I took pictures of both dead and new growth. Thanks to anyone who has some insight!!
