I have brought the issues regarding the "Ask the Yard Doctor"forum to the attention of Houzz customer service a couple of times, involving an extensive email back and forth over a period of several weeks. And got absolutely no resolution!! In fact, I was told that if I wanted to post, I should just look at some of the other gardening forums, completely disregarding that I was trying to point out I was only wanting to reply to unanswered posts in that forum. And with no ability to do so. Personally, I have found Houzz customer service to be little more than useless. Maybe Emily will have better luck.

And there has been no 'Yard Doctor' to ask questions of for a very long time. There is also not much point to that forum as there are 40 or more other gardening forums more than able to answer any yard question, depending on the specific topic. It is only since the cross posting fiasco started that these threads got any sort of activity since 2011!!!
