Please post a straight pic of your home from with the entry area straight on. One pic for main home section and one pic for garage area. It is much more difficult to alter crooked angled pics.

I would take the shutters off the arched window and then add the portico.

No photoshop skills here either … but a question? With a window above, do you want the look of a "balcony" over your portico or not?

A dark bold burgundy front door would be an outstanding entrance for this really nice home. With a bold color for the front door, there' d be no need to repaint the garage door a pale color -- the gray garage door simply couldn't compete as the focal point of the front of the home.
