I found two of these in my balcony garden (of containers). One was rolled in a pepper plant leaf and one was rolled in a chard leaf, both plants well chomped on. Please ID if possible and send tips? We've gotten rid of these two, but would love to never see these again. I assume the black dots are poo. gross.
