About 12 years ago we built a 30,000 gallon gunite pool. We've just moved to a new home without a pool and need to start the process all over again. This site was an incredible resource for us back then and I'm hoping to gather some info this time around again.

I can only assume there's been inflation since we last built.. if you had a similar size pool built recently, and you're willing to share, can you give me approx costs for your build? I want to get an idea of what we should plan for!

If you have recommendations for NJ (Monmouth County) pool builders that would be great too!
