Design Ideas Pretty Please

Hey All, I need a little help. I have 2 living spaces that I'm not sure what to do with, furniture, wall color, etc .... First 2 pics Are the same space. I painted wall back to original color (beige) but used the 2nd pic to get better view of living space.
The 3rd pic is my formal living space.

Thanks

You need to start somewhere, do you have any furniture, rugs, or art you will be using? Style preferences?

I wonder why the top row of windows don't have the divided lights like in the "formal" living space? How large is that space? Looks like it would make a great music room, for an upright piano. I had to reread your post as that curve begs for a round table. Do you have one of those ever popular massive sectionals? That may cozy in there quite well. I am assuming directly across from the windows is space for an entertainment console/TV? The cove next to the fireplace could be a bookshelf /storage or bar area. Wood-stack would be unnecessary as it appears that is a gas fireplace. As requested above--do you have a starting point for us?
