They won't flower again until next spring. With the exception of Encore or other reblooming cultivars, azaleas have a single and rather short spring bloom cycle. And IME, even the reblooming forms do not offer a significant additional bloom. More of a half-hearted, here and there bloom in late summer.

On the whole your plants look pretty good at this point but I'd wonder about their long term growth in your situation. The soil pH is far too high and not at all to their liking. And it would take quite a lot of soil acidification to bring the pH down to an appropriate level and it would only be temporary at that.

What method was used to determine your soil was that alkaline?

Try testing elsewhere in the yard, away from the planter and house foundation - the azaleas should be planted in a partly shaded location anyway. If the planter is in a hot and sunny exposure it is not right for them even without the soil appearing to be non-acidic.

Each pH point represents an increment in the thousands so you're not going to be able to make a big change in a short period of time. Without dumping a ton of chemicals on, which is bad for the soil system.
