I suspect I have multiple issues. I noticed some brown patches on a few leaves of my fiddle. I had noticed one or two a while back, but assumed that they were old leaves. (First photo) Well I noticed a different kind of brown spot this week. I guess two different kinds. (Second and third) the spots in the 3rd picture are only on the inside of the leaves closest to the trunk. So then I was looking at it more closely and I noticed fine webbing in the nooks and crannies. They are hard to photograph, but I tried. (Fourth photo)

I took the fiddle out of his pot today and there is no root rot. It’s in a pot with plenty of holes and I’m very careful not to water until it’s dry or very close to being dry. I think I can handle the spider mites, which is what I assume the webs are, but the brown spots have me stressed out. The oldest leaves seem mostly unscathed.

I hope someone can help me! I don’t want to lose him! We had some issues with sunlight being too strong, but I think we got that sorted out and I thought he was much happier.
