I don't think paint is the problem.

The TV looks very small to be viewed from the bed. I'm still in favor of cabinets that can hold TVs as well as other components. Like a wardrobe.

That picture is totally out of place on the wall by the TV. It looks lost in the room. Needs to move to another room.

I'm not a fan of pictures over the bed. If the bedding is done well it should gather the attention and not have interference from more pictures over the headboard.

Start with your bedding first. Then work out from there. Looks like your dresser needs to be centered on the wall. Move the painting to a smaller wall. The night tables are a bit small, but look to be about the correct height. If they're going to stay, think about getting wall-mounted lighting on each side of the bed.
