The birdhouse is bright white, vinyl mounting brackets are included as shown. A 6x6 pressure treated post is required for installation. We'll upload the sleeve option (which slides over the wood post) shortly.

Most welcome! While waiting for HOUZZ to approve the product listing, the cost is $179 for the sleeve. It would ship with the birdhouse at no extra charge.
