White is always appropriate.

I wouldn't use anything but white with your white bedding.

Yes I would love to but I feel like I need to clean under and pull the bed out often to clean behind it. I am fussy that way about my guests when they stay. The cottages are cleaner than my home at times.. I feel paying guests need to see and feel the place they stay is clean everywhere! . Again Thank you for all your wonderful comments! It helps a lot

Build a box and put box spring and mattress on it = no under bed to clean

Do like Angel suggested or get a bedspread instead and then you won't need a bed skirt. I have such a time keeping bed skirts in place so have gone to bedspreads.

I debated over this with our guest room and ended up with a white tailored bedskirt. Very pleased.
