My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

landscape lighting

I am working on having my outdoor landscape lighting installed. It is fairly small ( 12 spots and 7 wall washers). I live in So. Cal near the water. The FX Luminaire system ( controller quoated at $800) was recommended but it only works with Luminaire fixtures ( which are very costly). Does anyone know of an alternative system that is more affordable, with lights that are dimmable?
