Hi Sue.

Snowfall is a tough color to work with. It's kind of a loner among the other near neutrals. What I mean by that is there aren't a lot of colors that are similar to Snowfall in terms of hue family. Which means finding a darker, slightly warmer near neutral to relate to it is not easy.

I'm not crazy about Alpaca walls with Snowfall. It's not terrible and it would probably look okay but I think Collingwood OC-28 from Benjamin Moore strikes a little bit better harmony.

You can see it in the data values. Alpaca doesn't align with Snowfall as nicely as Collingwood.

Collingwood is a bit farther from that hue family zone and is less likely to look purple.

Then the other concern is the counter tops.

I'm assuming you chose Snowfall to go with the counter tops specifically and it's that color relationship that you are using to inform the wall color.

If that's the case, then Collingwood is likely a better choice for the counter tops too.

In the case of Pure White vs. Extra White, I'd choose Extra White just because it's a cleaner white than Pure White. You can tell that by looking at the "Chroma" column. Extra White has less chroma than Pure White.

Kind of ironic because Extra White is actually more of a pure white than the color named "Pure White".

But, honestly, either would be fine with Snowfall.

Hopefully you have time to test all the colors in the actual space and compare before committing.

P.S. Colors that work really well with Snowfall are colors like Wickham Gray from BenM, Sea Salt from SW and Nickle from Pratt & Lambert.
