My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Inspirational! My 2nd bathroom is identical in layout in the before. Do you mind my asking for a rough estimate of cost and where you are? Trying to determine how to get what i want with a limited budget.

      Thank you! We actually remodeled two bathrooms in this home (the other was a master bath). For both projects the client paid approximately $40,000 I’m labor plus finish materials which appear to be about $5,000 from the paperwork I have access to. We are located in San Diego where a hall bathroom will generate cost $20,000 - $25,000 for labor plus materials to remodel with a design-build firm.

      So much personality! I love seeing people apply their imaginations to builder grade rooms, so others can see that while architecturally significant homes are great foundations, they are not a requirement for stunning spaces.
