    Hi Mark this chandelier uses K5 Crystals shown below in the photo. The ceiling plate is a rectangular shaped ceiling plate in a matching finish to the chandelier frame. The chandelier uses 17 E12 bulbs. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
