Hi all

We need some professional advice on the final installation of our pool and spa. We filled the water in our spa yesterday, but noticed that no jets are installed - only 6 holes as shown in the photo. I think the pool installer forgot to add the jets to the pipe. My question is if it's easily fixable or require re-drilling the pipe? We are supposed to get adjustable waterway jets. Is it too late at this stage for the pool contractor to install? Mini pebble is already done.
