The house is nearly white -- The photo quality is just awful!

Id love to avoid painting the new garage door if possible.

The front door and exterior lights are black which is kinda why we thought black...

Agree with body of house, but if you want to avoid painting it I guess white. Definitely not black, it will only emphasize it & look like a big black hole. And simple ( no grids ) on the windows if you’re having them.

On my monitor your house stucco appears pinkish. If you want to update, I would paint the entire house. If it is white IRL, maybe a different white color and different trim color would help. Agree with the others, paint the white garage door to match the siding color. But I would urge you to change your siding color first,

I agree with K Laurence., black isn't an option. Also, it looks like you live in a sunny climate. A black garage door (black anything exposed to the sun) is crazy pants because it will absolutely roast in the sun.

It could be the trim color that is pulling the pink out of your white stucco. I'm still seeing pink tinges in the stucco. I am also in the sunshine state (Palm Beach county) and I remember that trim color from the 1990's. Do you actually need a new garage door? If you do, remember to get a wind mitigation report once the new garage door is in place. It will save you substantially on your homeowners insurance windstorm premium.

Try painting your trim color to a new color and I think you will see a huge difference in your home.

Also, work with a landscape designer to put together a great landscape plan. We have fantastic opportunities here for landscaping.
