The standard return policy for Houzz.com is that any product(s) must be returned within 30 days due to buyer's remorse. If the return is due to damages or defects in the product, we will usually request additional images of the damaged part of the bench before accepting a return. Our standard warranty is 1 year from date of purchase, and covers defect or damages that cause structural issues with the product.
