Is there a name on the hinges?

Thank you both for your help. I check to see if there was an etching on the glass. There was none. The hinge is stamped Therma-Tru, but the design is not in their current catalog. The door was installed approximately twenty years ago.

Maybe it would help if you could post a photo of the door.

A good local glass shop might be able to etch new plain window glass to match the old, intact panels. You might even be able to do it yourself.

Probably older style door. Call them and tell them you have a Therma-Tru door Model #FC36 and you need a replacement glass.

Is this your door style? If not they probably changed the glass style but they should have the same size glass to fit your door (maybe with a different glass style)

That style is probably discontinued. Stop at any Therma True dealer location and they will contact the manufacturer directly. If it's available, the can get it for you.

If not just get the glass replacement, measure your existing frame and the glass and tell them you need just the glass. The Therma Tru Twin Half Lite 2 Panel Style No. FC44, it's the same glass only with a square frame. All you have to do is confirm the size and make opening modification on the door which is not a big deal and it can be done in 10 min. Or you can pick any other style glass to match your size.

If you don't mind losing the design, a quick and easy (and probably relatively cheap) fix would be to have a local glass shop replace both panes with plain window glass.
