Houzz has a 30 day return policy on these lights. As long as these are returned in the same condition as when they were sent to you it should be a full refund. While most people keep their lights sometimes we understand that returns are necessary and the process is easy and efficient when needed.

We look forward to the opportunity to hand make your pendant lights for you soon.

sincerely,
-David
