Bok choy and Pak choy are the same. Just spelled different.

I don't know what it was doing inwith the perennial flowers. It's an annual vegetable. Eat it soon, before it bolts.

just chop up some garlic, heat it up in some hot oil, add greens (soy sauce/black bean sauce optional), or if it's tender you can eat it in a salad.
